Greg Sensiba, 1945-2014
Greg Sensiba began his own business in 1980, but had a lifetime of experience with real estate. He teamed up with Stan to create Stansen in 2002. Though Greg was relegated to the office, he and Stan had a close relationship and grew the business together until his death in November of 2014.
David (Stan) Stanislawski
David (Stan) Stanislawski is Greg’s son-in-law. The son of an electrician, Stan officially entered the construction world in 1990 as a laborer and worked his way up to expeditor before branching out on his own with Stansen in 2002. Meticulous in his work, you can be certain if Stan did the job, it’s built to last!
Corey Stanislawski
Corey Stanislawski is Stan’s son, and practically born into the contracting world. Working part time and over summers, Corey has been learning the family business since 2010. After graduating from Catholic Memorial High School in 2012, Corey jumped immediately into a full time job with his dad.
Our History
Established in 2002, Stansen Building and Remodeling was the culmination of the dreams and hard work of two men. Greg Sensiba had long dreamed of working in real estate and David (Stan) Stanislawski had spent his adult life learning and working the trades. Together, father and son-in-law created Stansen, worked side by side, and even added the third generation in Stan’s son, Corey, before Greg passed away in November of 2014. Their pride, dedication and skill can’t be matched, and shows in the quality of their work.
